Alan Beaulieu, who is perhaps NCCA’s favorite speaker of the last decade, will be the featured speaker at our Fall Technical Meeting in Indianapolis, Sept. 20-22, 2010.

Beaulieu is an economic trends expert, senior analyst, and president of the Institute for Trend Research (ITR). In the last few years, his economic forecasts and insights have been remarkably accurate and highly sought after. He has advised thousands of business executives throughout the United States, Europe, and Japan.

Trade Show!
The annual trade show, the most popular networking event in the industry, will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 21, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. The cost to exhibit is only $800. To reserve exhibit space, contact NCCA at 216-241-7333.

Plant Tours!
This year, two companies have invited us to take a sneak peek inside their Indianapolis-area plants. The plant tours, scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 22, will focus on MBCI, a building products roll-forming facility, and Metl Span, a manufacturer of dual-skin insulated building panels.

Back to Basics is Back!
Last year’s “Back to Basics” presentations were a hit! They’re back for 2010 and again geared for newcomers or those who’d like a refresher of the fundamental topics of the coil coating world. These sessions will be offered as an option to the plant tours.

As always, the meeting’s General Sessions will feature an array of hot technical topics, all tailored for the coil coating industry.
