In connection with the upcoming Association meeting, please make your room reservations directly with the Hotel's Reservations Department (317) 262-8100, or through Central Reservation offices 1-800-WESTIN-1 or make your sleeping room reservation on line by clicking on National Coil Coating 2010

Room rates for the meeting are as follows:

Single / Double – $189.00

When making reservations, please be sure to indicate that you are attending a National Coil Coating Association meeting and the type of room you would like to have reserved. The hotel may be sold out at the time of the meeting; therefore, it is essential that you make your reservation with the hotel as quickly as possible. Even if you are not sure that you can attend, it would be better to make your reservation now, subject to change later. The hotel will hold our block of rooms until August 13, 2010.

As a reminder, NCCA members are encouraged to use The Westin Indianapolis for your sleeping room accommodations. Members who stay off-property are contributing to increasing association costs. When NCCA selects a meeting location, the site hotel designates a block of rooms for NCCA, and we negotiate a group room rate that includes concessions such as complimentary meeting room space, discount on audio/visual equipment, complimentary in-room internet access, etc. When we fail to fill that block of rooms, NCCA must pay penalty fees for the rooms we don’t use and must forfeit negotiated concessions. The penalties can be substantial.

Many of the negotiated concessions reduce the overall cost of the meeting, which benefits all meeting attendees regardless if an attendee stays at the host hotel or not. If you do not plan to stay at The Westin Indianapolis, please indicate that on the register form to avoid needless follow-up from our office. The NCCA office needs an accurate count of members staying on property to ensure NCCA receives the proper credit for room usage.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and the availability of your room cannot be assured prior to this time. Check-out time on the day of your departure is 12:00 p.m.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

The hotel requires your room reservation be held with a major credit card. You must cancel your room reservation before 6:00 p.m. the day of your arrival or you will be charged the cost of one night's stay.

Method of Payment

The hotel will accept personal checks and all major credit cards.

Attire

We recommend casual business attire (open-collar shirts, casual slacks, sweaters, blouses, skirts) for the meeting.

Plant Tour

Two plant tours have been scheduled for Wednesday, September 22, 2010. The plant tours at MBCI, a building products roll forming facility and Metl Span, a manufacturer of dual skin insulated building panels, will be about 30 minutes each. These plants are across the street from each other. Plant tour attendees will be divided into two groups and tours for each of the facilities will be held simultaneously.

Buses will depart from the hotel following lunch at approximately 2:00 p.m. We anticipate that the buses will return to the hotel at 5:00 p.m. Click here for more information on the plant tours and to register for the tours. Please note that there is limited space for the tours.

For those members not attending the plant tours, a Back to Basics session with presentations on steel, aluminum, prepaint and paint will be held concurrently with the plant tours at the hotel from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
