General Information
Registration Procedures
To register for the 2010 annual meeting, complete the registration form and submit it with full payment to the NCCA office. If you would prefer to charge your registration fee to a company or personal credit card, you may register on-line. You may also fax your completed form and credit card information to (216) 241-0105. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to the address you provide on your completed registration form within two weeks.
The registration fees are $495.00 for members and non-members. The spouse/guest registration fee is $150.00. If you have two delegates register for the meeting at the $495 registration fee, the third delegate from your company will be FREE. All attendees must stay at the group hotel (Renaissance Esmeralda) and be in the room block to be eligible for the discount.

Please note that group registration is available. For groups of ten people or fewer where registration is being charged to one credit card, registration is available online only. In order for your name to be printed in the Final Program, registration must be received at the NCCA office by Monday, March 15, 2010.
NCCA’s Cancellation Policy
Refunds must be requested in writing on company letterhead and submitted to the NCCA office by fax: (216) 241-0105, by e-mail: ncca@coilcoating.org, or mailed to: NCCA, 1300 Sumner Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115-2851. Refunds will be issued for those cancellations received at the NCCA office by Friday, March 26, 2010. No refunds will be issued after March 26, 2010.

Hotel Arrangements
Reservations should be made by contacting the hotel’s toll free number: 800-468-3571 or online via http://cwp.marriott.com/pspsr/ncca. To ensure that you receive the group rate, advise the hotel you are attending a National Coil Coating Association meeting. The cut-off date for making reservations is March 9, 2010. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate availability basis only. Reservation confirmation will be sent to the guest no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the reservation has been received.
The room rate for single/double occupancy is $276.00. All rates are for the European Plan (meals are not included). The hotel will honor the group rate three days before and three days after the meeting.
It is essential that you make your reservation with the hotel as quickly as possible to ensure that the hotel can accommodate your requests. Even if you are not sure that you can attend, it would be better to make your reservation now, subject to change later.
Check-in/Check-out
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and the availability of your room cannot be assured prior to this time. Check-out time on the day of your departure is 11:00 a.m.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The hotel requires guest room reservations be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay and tax. The deposit will be applied to the last night’s stay. Hotel will accept payment in the form of a personal check or major credit card with expiration date. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable, provided notice of cancellation is given 48 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to deposit forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
Early departures, those rooms scheduled to depart on certain date and leave earlier than anticipated, will be billed one night’s room and tax to the party of guarantee.
Method of Payment
The hotel will accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards.
Location/Transportation - Ground
From Palm Springs International Airport– 30-35 minutes Turn left on El Cielo, then left on Ramon Road to Interstate 10 East. Take Interstate 10 East to Cook Street. Turn right on Cook Street, left on Hwy.111, then left on Indian Wells Lane. The resort will be on your right.
From Los Angeles– 2-3 hours Exit the Airport to Sepulveda Boulevard. Enter Century 105 going east. Continue east on 105 to 605 North. Continue on 605 North to Interstate 10 East. Exit Cook Street and turn right. Go 4.5 miles to Hwy. 111 and turn left. Go 2 miles to Indian Wells Lane and turn left. The resort will be on your right.
From Ontario Airport– 1.5 hours Exit Ontario Airport to Archibald Avenue North. Take Archibald Avenue to Interstate 10 East. Take Interstate 10 East for 83 miles. Exit Cook Street and turn right. Go 4.5 miles to Hwy. 111 and turn left. Go 2 miles to Indian Wells Lane and turn left. The resort will be on your right.
From San Diego Airport Take 5 North to 163 North to 15 North. Take 15 North to 215 North to 60 East. Continue 50 miles to Interstate 10 East. Take 10 East for approximately 45 miles. Exit Cook Street and turn right. Go 4.5 miles to Hwy. 111 and turn left. Go 2 miles to Indian Wells Lane and turn left. The resort will be on your right.
Most major car rental agencies are available at the airports; taxi service from the Palm Springs Airport is available at a cost of about $50-60.
Guest Parking
The hotel is waiving the self-parking charge so self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is $25.00, per day.
Internet Access
Internet access is available in guest rooms and public areas for $12.95 per day.
