Staying in the Race with Coil Coating
Our 2022 Fall Technical Meeting features a great line up of speakers with a guest appearance from former racecar driver, Robbie Buhl. The meeting includes an educational seminar, the annual trade show, several technical presentations, and our keynote speaker, Lauren Baker of ITR Economics. Education Seminar
The fall’s educational offering will be “Rolling Out the Benefits of Prepainted Metal” presented by David Cocuzzi on Monday, Sept. 26. This seminar will provide an overview of the many resources available through NCCA to support members in growing the coil coating market, including a newly created sales tool developed by the Marketing Committee. Get a first look at the brand-new sales tool presentation on the benefits of prepainted metal on exterior building applications. The presentation can be presented to potential customers, architects, and at tradeshows.
This education seminar is a great opportunity for newcomers to the industry and for experienced members to learn or be reminded of the resources available through NCCA to support the growth of the coil coating market.
Special Guest Appearance
Robbie Buhl, a former racecar driver, who won the 1992 Indy Lights championship will give an entertaining presentation sharing his experiences on and off the racetrack.
Group Event
Our group event on Monday evening will include a dinner buffet at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. This event offers exclusive access to the museum’s collection of racecars and memorabilia featuring IndyCar, NASCAR, Formula 1, sprint and midgets, motorcycles, and drag racing. Attendees will also be able to experience views of the track and the opportunity to sit a in a real Indy car.
Keynote Speaker – Lauren Baker
Lauren Baker, a speaker and economist with ITR Economics will provide an economic presentation on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
The Annual Trade Show
Our trade show, the industry’s networking event of the year, opens on Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Join your industry colleagues for hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and displays of the latest industry products and services.
