Keynote Presentation: Strategic Luck
Is luck a coincidence, a twist of fate, or just a gift that some are simply born with? Jonathan Brill, international bestselling author and scholar on decision making, will debunk the myth that luck is fate. Based on the largest study on decision-making under uncertainty, Brill will describe the four simple skills needed to create strategic luck from scratch — in any situation.

Sachin Shivaram, chief executive officer of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, will present strategies on how to lead and think about building a great business. The presentation will include lessons on leadership, career growth, and culture.
